Zwilling J.A. Heckels has been forging quality kitchen cutlery in Solingen, Germany since 1731. Each Henckels TWIN piece is forged from one piece of high-carbon no-stain steel, and ice hardened for improved blade strength and resistance to corrosion and pitting. The hand-honed blades stay sharper, longer, and each knife is created with optimum balance in mind.
Henckels now has a place beside the award-winning Victorinox line of professional kitchen cutlery at Swiss Knife Shop.
